   What I did

   • I coordinate the Compass project team: mobile app, web customer area and backend, with analysis, estimates and planning.
   • Mobile app in React Native and Expo, web customer area in Expo Router and React Native Web.
   • NestJS backend with Prisma and Redis; authentication on AWS Cognito with IdP Lambdas managed through Terraform.
   • Releases with Docker images on OpenShift and mobile builds with Jenkins and fastlane; end-to-end tests with Playwright and Maestro.

   Context

   Websites, back offices and APIs for agencies and companies, white-label too, from requirements to deploy on Vercel and AWS.

   What I did

   • Building custom web solutions, business back offices, management tools and backend services for digital agencies.
   • White-label collaboration with communication agencies as their technical partner, owning the whole development cycle while keeping the agency's brand towards the end client.
   • Designing and building React/Next.js web applications optimized for SEO, Core Web Vitals and accessibility.
   • Building RESTful APIs and serverless functions (AWS Lambda with CDK) with Node.js/Express/NestJS, integrating databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), payments (Stripe) and authentication (Clerk, Supabase, Cognito).
   • Implementing scalable architectures with Prisma ORM, state management (Redux, Zustand, TanStack Query) and established design patterns.
   • Handling the whole deployment on cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS), including DNS and SSL setup and monitoring of production applications.
   • Working directly with clients on requirements, time/cost estimates and regular updates, meeting milestones and deadlines.
